vendormodules: fauxlink 0.2.0 - link_as encoder implemented upstream
fauxlink::link_as name target ?-tags? ?-comments? ?-extension? returns the
fauxlink filename with a resolve round-trip guarantee (upstream checkin
1e6b4ee8; 83-test suite). Enables programmatic fauxlink generation for the
G-087 stage-2 layout ref migration.

Any .tm files that are external to the project but which the project owners wish to distribute with the project and keep under source control.
These should generally be kept to a minimum
- with dependency and version numbers being tracked instead; along with the provision of a mechanism for the project end-users to update.
