Tcl Libraries which use the pkgIndex.tcl system to load. Each library will usually have its own folder in the lib folder. Some groups of libraries may have a deeper structure - usually with a pkIndex.tcl at the top level, and individual pkgIndex.tcl files further down.
These files shouldn't be modified directly as they are built or copied from the files in the src folder
