Julian Noble	f3f134cc6d	tablelist 6.22 -> 7.11: vendor as pkgIndex lib instead of tm modules Remove src/vendormodules/tablelist-6.22.tm and tablelist_tile-6.22.tm in favour of the multi-file src/vendorlib/tablelist7.11/ (pure Tcl, upstream layout with pkgIndex.tcl). _vfscommon.vfs follows via make.tcl vfscommonupdate: modules/tablelist*-6.22.tm removed, lib/tablelist7.11 added. Note: src/vendormodules/include_modules.config still lists the tablelist/tablelist_tile module sources; a future make.tcl vendorupdate would regenerate the 6.22-era .tm files unless those entries are removed.
