assetorigin_check: skip _mint/_bake workdirs alongside _build in the sidecar walk

The G-135 checker's directory walk skipped only {.git _build} - authored
2026-07-28, before the G-155 _build -> _mint/_bake workdir renames. A
default 'check' sweep would descend any _mint staging or _bake kit trees
under its territory (src/ minus buildsuites, scriptlib/, goals/) and
could classify staged asset copies. Skip set is now
{.git _build _mint _bake}; usage comment updated to match.

Verified: selftest 16/16 passed; default check sweep 9/9 verified.
