vfscommon: argparsingtest 1.0.0 (punkcheck-managed build outputs)

Refresh via make.tcl modules + vfscommonupdate after the argparsingtest 1.0.0 restructure: _vfscommon.vfs swaps argparsingtest-0.2.0.tm for the version-stamped 1.0.0 build. argparsingtest is not in the bootsupport include_modules.config, so no bootsupport snapshot is affected (the stale src/bootsupport/modules/argparsingtest-0.1.0.tm remains a known prune leftover). Kit builds (make.tcl project) not run this change-set. Assisted-by: harness=claude; primary-model=claude-fable-5; api-location=anthropic.com
