superseded, three autoconf rejects. Count correction flagged: the set
is nine, not the eight in the Acceptance parenthetical (audited
superset; wording amendment is a user call). Second mk4too-bundling
data point (KitCreator matches upstream CMake) recorded for the dll
milestone. Remaining: Mk4tcl dll + smoke, static-embed, pin capture.
