Julian Noble b5b5149673 lib tier r2 (pkgindex-gated tcllib + repairs manifest) + family r2 in-situ refresh ... Lib tier NEW revisions (both generations): tcllib2.0-tcl8-r2 + tcllib2.0-tcl9-r2 (allplatforms), tcllibc-tcl8-r2 + tcllibc-tcl9-r2 (win32-x86_64), tcllibc-tcl9-r2 (linux-x86_64). The r2 trees carry the pkgindex_gate repairs (upstream tcllib tkt 523f7e0556: rest 1.7->1.8 + 4 siblings - index follows file) and each gated tree ships punkbin-upstream-repairs.toml at its root enumerating exactly the applied repairs; the artifact records' [provenance] points at it (upstream_repairs key). r1 artifacts remain untouched. Family win32-x86_64 r2 REPLACED IN-SITU (alpha dispensation, zero third-party consumers; user decision 2026-08-08 - proper familyrev bump next cycle): tclsh9.0.5-r2 / -punk-r2 / -punk-bi-r2 now carry the gated tcllib in their attached image plus the repairs manifest, and their embedded records add tcllib_gated = true with an artifact-relative pointer comment. Produced by shellspy suites at recipe state git b0a4c6ef (gate manifest wiring 0c090fa5); emission sha1s cross-verified against sha1sums.txt entries.
