Lib tier NEW revisions (both generations): tcllib2.0-tcl8-r2 + tcllib2.0-tcl9-r2
(allplatforms), tcllibc-tcl8-r2 + tcllibc-tcl9-r2 (win32-x86_64), tcllibc-tcl9-r2
(linux-x86_64). The r2 trees carry the pkgindex_gate repairs (upstream tcllib
tkt 523f7e0556: rest 1.7->1.8 + 4 siblings - index follows file) and each gated
tree ships punkbin-upstream-repairs.toml at its root enumerating exactly the
applied repairs; the artifact records' [provenance] points at it
(upstream_repairs key). r1 artifacts remain untouched.
Family win32-x86_64 r2 REPLACED IN-SITU (alpha dispensation, zero third-party
consumers; user decision 2026-08-08 - proper familyrev bump next cycle):
tclsh9.0.5-r2 / -punk-r2 / -punk-bi-r2 now carry the gated tcllib in their
attached image plus the repairs manifest, and their embedded records add
tcllib_gated = true with an artifact-relative pointer comment.
Produced by shellspy suites at recipe state git b0a4c6ef (gate manifest wiring
0c090fa5); emission sha1s cross-verified against sha1sums.txt entries.

Rebuilt the three r2 family members (plain/punk/punk-bi) with the G-172 cpu_floor
field now in the embedded [provenance] record, and republished in place under
the existing -r2 names/revisions (Approach 6 alpha dispensation: in-house
consumers only, known-dead > immutable). build_id unchanged per artifact (the
floor field does not enter the identity digest); sha1/size/built updated (the
embedded record text changed).
- win32-x86_64/{tclsh9.0.5,tclsh9.0.5-punk,tclsh9.0.5-punk-bi}-r2.{exe,toml}
replaced; each toml [provenance] now carries cpu_floor="baseline" +
cpu_model="x86_64" (the recipe default and the resolved build cpu). The
[tests] tclcore line is refreshed to the shipped-codegen gate evidence
(passed=56041 failed=8, the Aug-06 baseline-rebuild test-gate) - the prior
tomls carried the July emission-time summary (56039/9). Library [tests] lines
unchanged. sha1sums.txt: the 6 r2 lines (3 exes + 3 tomls) updated.
Codegen audit (scriptlib/developer/cpufloor_audit.tcl in punkshell): all three
republished exes PASS with zmm=0 ymm=0 out-of-floor=0 at the baseline floor.
-Dcpu=native still yields a host-tuned build (zmm>0, FAIL at baseline, PASS at
v4) - the floor is a default, not a restriction. punk-runtime surfaces the
floor (info/list/show the field; use/run gate a below-floor recorded cpu_model
with a named 0xC000001D diagnosis instead of a silent death). r1-generation
artifacts remain AVX-512-only; disposition (replace vs drop) still pending.

Second assembly revision of the 9.0.5 family (first content change: tclvfs
forTcl9/1.5.0), first revision carrying the G-117 schema v1 metadata: records
embedded in each artifact's attached image (punkbin-artifact.toml; build_id
identical to sidecar, packager recorded, embed-then-hash - see AGENTS.md
"Artifact metadata records"). Built by punkshell suite_tcl90 (zig 0.16.0,
ReleaseFast; provenance checkout uuids + test-gate results in the tomls;
family_check self-containment + embed verification PASS all members).
defaults.txt win32-x86_64 recommendation: tclsh9.0.5-punk-r1.exe ->
tclsh9.0.5-punk-r2.exe (same change-set per the release rule). r1 remains
immutable alongside.

First punkbin publication of the G-103 family (suite_tcl90 kit-family
emission, byte-identical sha1s to the recorded goal evidence):
tclsh9.0.5-r1.exe (plain), tclsh9.0.5-punk-r1.exe (piperepl default-ON),
tclsh9.0.5-punk-bi-r1.exe (+Tk/tklib) - each with its .toml metadata
record (variant, working name, sha1, battery versions, source-checkout
provenance, toolchain, test evidence). These are the repo's first
metadata-carrying artifacts; r1 is now IMMUTABLE - any republish of
these (patchlevel, variant) pairs must use -Dfamilyrev=2.
defaults.txt: win32-x86_64 flips from tclsh902z.exe to
tclsh9.0.5-punk-r1.exe per the user's release decision (the recorded
publish-plus-flip-in-one-change-set process, validated by
build_sha1sums.tcl: 6 NEW, no CHANGED, defaults entries OK). README
recommended-runtime paragraph updated accordingly.
