Retroactive schema-v2 runtime sidecars for all pre-family artifacts (punkshell G-123)
12 authored sidecars across the five runtime tiers: build-origin
[provenance] class (third-party | local) with builder / source_url /
upstream_ref / retrieved, every judgement-based value carrying its
evidence basis in an adjacent comment (binary markers: Bawt / obermeier
/ MinGW-W64 / MSYS2 GCC / Metakit; this repo's git history; live probes
of the win32 kits for tcl_patchlevel and container). Additive only:
artifact bytes, bare names and artifact sha1sums rows unchanged - the
per-tier sha1sums.txt gain the toml rows (row order shifts only, hashes
identical).
Classes recorded: tclsfe-x64 third-party (apnadkarni/tcl-sfe, retrieved
2026-07-10, probed 9.1b0); tclkit86bi third-party (Bawt + MinGW-W64
markers, probed 8.6.13, in-repo since 2023-08-02); the four non-windows
tclkits third-party (Bawt/obermeier markers; intel-dyn's post-retrieval
Thread+tcllibc payload modification recorded, _basic noted as the
unmodified shape); tclkit902/tclsh902z/tclsh902z_nometakit local
("built using bawt" 9f13f97, MSYS2 GCC markers, probed 9.0.2);
tclsh901k/t local (interim/test runtimes, probed 9.0.1).
AGENTS.md gains "Runtime artifacts - schema v2 + retroactive sidecars"
(field-subset + additive contract + never-guess posture; v1 section's
emission note updated - the punkshell emitters move to v2 in the same
change-set). README: default r1 -> r2, platform list refreshed. Not
pushed - publication stays the maintainer's call.
